How I Got a Job Through Industry Disruptors Terminus.ng
Terminus.ng is a startup looking to disrupt the e-commerce Industry with c-commerce(Chat Commerce). A team lead by Fwangmun Dashuwa, they are focused on making the lives of their client to be as easy as possible by helping them run errands and connecting them to a product or service they require.

He set up the meeting and reached out with the following message yesterday;
We had a brief meeting this morning and then we went together to see the CEO of Spotlex World Environmental Solution.
I got offered a job today by Spotlex World Environmental Solution. I must admit, the amount the organization is offering is pretty low. But I have decided to not think about money but instead focus my attention on transforming this organization as much as I can. A lot of time, we let money affect the decisions we take; this time around, I am going to shift my attention to all the positives I observed from my discussion with the Managing Consultant/CEO Spotlex World, Mr Femi Kinrin and also because my role in the organization gives gives me ample time to chase my goals and dreams in life.

If you did, you would find out that there's a lot of work that needs to be done on their website. The website was built with just html, I have no idea that such websites still exist until I stumbled upon their website a few days ago.
Clearly there's a lot of work that needs to be done on their website, social media pages and the also on their brand as a whole.
After my conversation with Fwangnum, I did a comprehensive research about the organizations and I saw a lot of lapses, I outlined a list of problem I discovered and discussed this comprehensively with Mr Femi.
I discovered a 404 error when I clicked the read more link, Incase you don't understand what is, a 404 error means that the webpage you were trying to reach could not be found on the server. I found a handful of typos on several pages, their twitter page wasn't functional and their facebook page has not been updated in a while, they had no Instagram presence and LinkedIn to, clearly a lot of work needs to be done on their digital presence.
As a brand strategist, I spend a lot of time on websites and I pay a lot of attention to small details. Things like this say a lot about the brand in question, a lot of organizations neglect this for various reasons, the truth is, if you want to be regarded among the best in your industry, then you need to pay attention to every detail.
I am coming on at a time where I can affect a lot of decisions in the organization, as the brand and social media strategist/manager. I play a very crucial role in the future of the said organization and this is the exact reason I am accepting the challenge.
I did some research this evening and discovered the following; according to an article on Business day, Nigeria's waste/recycling industry is a multi billion dollar industry that is yet to be explored, and according to CODUB Principal Consultant, Chidi Umeano, Nigeria can earn 5 trillion year from the recycling industry.
In the book, "15 Unbreakable Law Of Growth" John Maxwell said a thing or two about mentors and how they play a crucial role at various points in our lives, I read this a couple of days ago, clearly this isn't a coincidence. Access to the right mentors at the right time can transform the life of an individual in different ways. I have some amazing Individuals helping me become better and adding Mr Femi to the list is definitely a step in the right direction for me.
I learnt quite a handful from our conversation this afternoon, He added me to group titled "The Entrepreneurial CEO" on Whatsapp.
With a team of highly skilled and experience professionals, a young and highly skilled brand strategist/social media manager (ME), a new graphic designer and right now we are looking for marketers/research developers, drivers, secretary and cleaners. I would be posting about the job vacancy before the week ends. A lot is going to happen in the next couple of months and I'd like you to check back with the said organizations in a couple of months and see how Spotlex World is doing now that I have come on board.
